What is GDPR?

The main purpose of the GDPR is to reduce the diversity of provisions on the protection of personal data between individual EU countries and to increase the security of personal data protection processing, so that the law can keep up with the changing technology.

From when will the GDPR apply?

27 April 2016 The European Parliament adopted by regulation an amendment to the law on the protection of personal data. All European Union countries, including Poland, must adapt their law to the new regulations that will be directly applicable from 25/05/2018.
